Seafarers submit and receive documents in person at the Registry of Seamen only after prior appointment.

• You can apply for the submission of documents by calling the information telephone number: +371 67099419 and making a prior appointment for a specific date and time (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00, except pre-holiday days and public holidays).
• It is also possible to apply for the submission of documents online.
