If the ship is under the technical supervision of a classification society, the Maritime Safety Inspectorate shall carry out additional inspections of the vessel annually in accordance with Paragraph 9.1 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation of 07 June 2011 No 439 “Regulations on the Implementation of Flag State Supervision of Ships”.
